2 pounds
So I officially live a vegan lifestyle, plan yoga for sunday mornings, occasionally recycle cans and eat sushi. Yup, I have changed a bit. Although, my scale hasn't. It seriously goes from 148-152 every day. Every. Single. Day. Although, I can now pull down my pants without unbuttoning them so I think if anything, vegan has helped me to save some time.
